Ingredients
 2 cups Changing Habits Dates
 3/4 cup Inca-Protein-Powder-Choc-Mint
 1/2 cup shredded coconut
 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
 1 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or Thermomix and blitz on high until smooth.

Use a tablespoon to measure out the quantity and roll into balls. Set aside and repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Roll balls in the optional coatings or leave as is.
